How do you create change in your life? How do you know if you need something different? Where should you start?
If you’re asking yourself any of these questions right now, episode 31 of She Made It is for you.
We’ve already decided that we have no idea exactly what is next in this current moment in history, so why not embrace it and make our own “next?”
Some of us are in a place where we are ready to make a real shift of our own, and some of us are in a waiting space and some are forced to pivot, right?
Whichever camp you’re in, today’s episode is focused on the tangible how of creating that change.
I have had much practice with transformation and change over the years going from an actress and singer to a theatre producer and coach, to the executive producer of Curtis’ mime career and then his transition into a speaking career. I then reinvented myself and built my own company as a coach and consultant, and now I am shifting into my life as an artist and maker. Looking back, I have reinvented myself about every 5-7 years.
I have found that every shift has a catalyst which often shows up as unhappiness, lack of fulfillment, or a yearning for more. It can also come with a tug of knowing that it is time to step into a new next or uplevel for yourself.
So on this episode, I’m sharing with you how I know when it’s time for a change, the questions I ask myself to get there and the practices I implement to make it real.
